Navigate to [https://thehub.emory.edu/](https://thehub.emory.edu/actioncenter/organization/118175)

Open the Events tab on the homepage or within you portal. Click "CREATE EVENT"

Enter all of th eevent details. Click the "Event Title" field.

If you are collaborating with another group, click the "Additional organizations co-hosting this event" field and enter the name of the organization.

Click "Student Involvement , Leadership, and Transitions (SILT)"

You will need to include the info for the point of contact on the event. 

You should include a picture of image that will appear alongside your event on the Hub calendar. 

Next, you will complete the event registration form. This makes the university aware of key aspects of your event and ensures we can adequately suport the need of your event. Answer the questiosn to the best of your ability.

You will also need to upload a coy of any flyers or IG images that will be used to highlight the event.

Final step: Click "SUBMIT". The event will now be routed through the approval process in our office. When it is approved, you will be notifies and the event will appear on the Hub calendar.

Create and register events on The Hub.
