Create and share a calendar in Airtable

Open the table that you wish to use to create a calendar view. Create a calendar view by clicking "Calendar".

Choose which date fields you would like to use for your calendar view. Add multiple date fields by clicking "Use an additional date field".

When you've selected all of the date fields you wish to include, click "Done".

To assign colors to your events, click "Color".

Next, choose how you'd like to apply color to your events. In this example, to color calendar events by their select field, click "Select field" and then click "Status" to reveal the options.

To share your calendar view, click "Share view".

Click "Create a sharable calendar view link".

Click "Sync to an external calendar" to copy the subscription link. Paste this link in your calendar software of choice.
