    Tip! When you might consider using sales email templates: - Send a meeting recap email. - Send email follow ups. - Send prospecting emails. - For any other situation where you find yourself sending the same emails on a 1:1 basis.

    Create a Sales Email Template

    Go to Library > Templates

    Click "New template"

    Click "From scratch"

    Add a **Name** to your new template

    Add a **Subject** to your new template

    Add the **Email Body** to your new template

    REMEMBER: You can add your scheduling page to your email template as well.

    Click "Insert"

    Click "Meeting link"

    Click "Insert"

    Check your **New Email Template** for any mispelling or missing information.

    Click "Save template"

    Use your email template

    Click "Contacts"

    Click on any contact that you'd like to send an email. For example: "Phil Testing 3"

    Click "Create an email".
