Create event storyline with sponsor links and meeting bookings

Add the name of your storyline. Storyline is a collection of stories that users will be able to see in one group of stories, just like in Instagram.

Add an image. Image and name are mandatory to create a storyline.

You can proceed OR you can also define the groups that should see stories within that storyline.

You can also link the storyline to an existing sponsor booth. Linking storyline to a booth will allow to visit the sponsor booth by clicking on the "story publisher's account".

Click "View" to create the first story within the storyline.

Click the "Story type" field. You can select to create a text-based story or an image-based story.

Click the "Title" field to name the story. This title will only be visible on the Brella Admin Panel as the title is not necessary on the apps for the image based stories.

Upload an image. As you can see, the recommended ratio is 9:17 (1080x2040px) with JPEG and PNG as preferred formats.

To every story you can also add a link and name the hyperlink button accordingly. Pressing on the button will open the in-app browser for the app users.

You can name the "Link Text".

In the "Link Url" field you can add the URL that should be opened upon pressing the button.

Click the "Story type" field. You can select 'Text' to create a text based story

You can name the story. Note that only the text based stories will show the title of the story on the attendees apps.
