Click "Calendar"

Select desired time and date

Right click and select "New Appointment"

Enter title and confirm time

If you want to make it a recurring meeting, click on "Make Recurring"

Choose from available options (if setting as recurring)

Click "OK"

Click "Teams Meeting", then add at least one attendee (yourself)

Add invitees (you must at least enter yourself)
