Creating Additional Reviewer Role in the Review Cycle

On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the "Reviews" icon.

Click the "Create New Cycle" button located at the top right corner of the Reviews page.

Select the type of review you want to create either a 360-degree review or a Performance review.

Next, you will be taken to a page where you need to enter the review title. Click on the "Title" field.

On the "Configure steps of this review cycle" page, you can select which types of reviewers to include in the review cycle.\
To enable a reviewer type, click the toggle switch next to the desired option.\
If you want to add Additional Reviewer Roles, then click on this "+" icon.

Fill the "Reviewer Label" and "Reviewee Label" field.

By selecting this, the reviewer will be allowed to access other reviews (Self, Manager, Peer).

If you want employees to add anyone as a reviewee and write reviews for them, you can enable this option. However, it is optional.

After making all the modifications, click "Add" to include the Additional Reviewer Role in the review cycle.
