Click "Register for the ACT Opens a new window"

Type " [[Backspace]]"

Click "Create MyACT account"

Click "I'm new! Let's get started"

Carefully read these beginning instructions. If a parent is helping to create the account, the STUDENT'S information must be used.

Be sure that the name is your full legal name.

Be sure to use a PERSONAL email address (@gmail/ @yahoo, etc.). Do NOT use your OHVA student email, as outside emails are blocked on student accounts.

Be sure to complete all fields marked in RED as "REQUIRED"

Must be at least 13 years old to create a MyACT account.

Select the "US +1" option.

Enter your cell phone number using ONLY digits (no periods or dashes)

ACT password requirements are very specific and strict. Be sure to click the BLUE I to see the specific requirements. Write down your ACT password and save it. Because this is an account that YOU are creating, OHVA does not have access to your ACT password, and cannot help you to retrieve it in the case that it is forgotten.

You can choose to complete the account verification via email or text. (Text is recommended, but either one is fine).
