Creating Assessment from Tracker

Go to the Trackers tab

Click on the tracker you would like to create an assessment for

Click "Add Assessment"

Click "Create New"

Give it a title

Under Source, choose "Item"

Under Privacy, choose either "Private to Me" or "Private to My School"

Click "Next"

Click the plus button on the left

Select "Add from Item Bank"

Click the filter icon

Under Item Bank, select "Master Item Bank"

Choose the standard for this assessment

If desired, change the language to English

Apply any other filters you would like and then, close out of the filter.

On the left column, click on the questions to view them. You can practice them as if you were a student and scroll down to see the correct answer.

Click on the plus icon to add questions to the assessment.

When you've selected all the questions that you want, click "Add Items" in the bottom right corner. The number in parentheses is the number of items you have added.

If you'd want, you can adjust the cut scores. You can also just leave it at the default. The scores have to be whole numbers.

After making changes, click "Save"

Click "Create Assessment" and it is now added to your tracker.
