On the creation page, select Assets from the Trigger dropdown

Next select the Asset action you want to create the Automation for

In this case we select 'Asset is created'

Add in any description and proceed to the next steps.

Next add the Automation conditions. If you want some criteria to be fulfilled for assets to qualify for the automation, you can set them at this step:

The following options will appear in the dropdown. All the custom fields created in your account will also be visible here.

Here we have selected the custom field IF 'Project equals Henley'.

You can also add more than one condition. Here we add the second condition that Vendors equals Duracell.

For all the conditions you choose in this step, there is an AND/OR option. For more than two conditions, AND will be selected by default. This means that assets following both the criteria will be eligible for this automation.

Click on the AND option to change it to OR.  Once OR is selected, it means assets following one of the two conditions will be eligible for the automation.

The logic you select will be displayed below and can be edited for order by using the Edit button.
