    Navigate to [https://haverford.campuslabs.com/engage/](https://haverford.campuslabs.com/engage/)

    Click on your organization

    Click Finance

    Click "CREATE REQUEST"

    Click "Create Budget Request"

    Click "Spring 2024"

    Type your club name in the request title and complete club description.

    Click next.

    You can now toggle between the REQUEST and BUDGET tab and make changes when necessary.

    Click "BUDGET"

    Click here to change the name of each budget section. We recommend splitting sections up however you see fit. For this example we will use different events.

    Type the section name here.

    Click "ADD ITEM" to add each item/service you are budgeting for in that section.

    The "Name" field should be what item you are purchasing.

    In the "Description" field please the description of the item and how it will be used by your club. The description also needs to include link to purchase as well as any other necessary details such as size, color, etc.

    In the "Quantity" Field please include how many of that specific item you would like to purchase.

    Please type the exact cost of the product here. Please do not round up. If an item is on sale I would recommend listing the full price to avoid any budget issues down the line.

    Click "SAVE"

    You may now repeat this action as many times as necessary.

    To add another budget section click "+ Another "Requests" Section"
