**Learning Gain Questions:** These are ratings questions asked at both the pre- and post-event evaluation stages, and usually contain questions that ask delegates to rate their knowledge or confidence in a course subject both before and after training, enabling providers to see a numeric figure for how a delegate has improve after attending their training

**Pre-Booking Questions:** These are any other questions you might wish to ask your delegates at the point of booking, e.g. - preferred learning styles, etc.

**Post Event Questions:** These are additional, event-specific questions that will sit alongside your general [Post Event Questions](https://scribehow.com/shared/Adding_Post-Event_Questions__37GE8ozOSxS7kxqgKFEmcg) *(if using them)*

**Post Event Stage Two Questions:** These are questions that will be asked later down the evaluation timeline (from 10 to 180 days post-event), and are a great way of getting reflective feedback from the attendees

Although this example only shows up to Post Event Stage Two, you will see additional options for Post Even Stage Three and Line Manager Stage if these options have been selected

Questions are added to each evaluation stage in the exact same way, firstly by adding the question itself:

Choose if the question is going to be mandatory or not:

Use this menu to choose your answer type:\
**Delegate Actions -** creates a mini action plan that enables delegates to give examples of what things they may do differently now they have attended the training etc.\
**Feedback -** an open text box for a delegate to provide written feedback\
**Managed Response -** to be used for question where there a multiple answer options, but a single answer, e.g. - Yes/No/Not Sure\
**Rating -** used for either numeric or text rating scales

Click "Add Question" to save your new question

Back on the main evaluation list, you can preview each stage of all of your bespoke evaluations by selecting from the dropdown menu shown
