Create a Grant Report for a specific funder/org For the basics on using reports, see the guide "Create a Report" in the [Reporting](https://www.clctoolbox.org/courses/reporting)course. To view a report on all grants, in the lefthand side bar search "grant" and choose GRANTS REPORT when it populates. If you do not see the search bar, click the 3 horizontal lines next to your organization's name at the top lefthand corner.

Useful **GROUP BY** searches include: - Campaign, then Program (shown below) In this example, we can see how much was raised toward the "2022 Midterm Elections" Campaign, further segmented by the program, like "Capacity Building." You can also view individual grants within these segments.
      3
Useful **Edit Columns** search additions/edits includes: - NEXT FOLLOW UP BY and NEXT DELIVERABLE BY to show who is responsible for the nearest next step. - NEXT FOLLOW UP TYPE and NEXT DELIVERABLE TYPE to show what the nearest next step is. - MOST RECENT AMOUNT and MOST RECENT DATE to show the last time and how much a funder gave (shown below).
