From the homepage, click on "Cloud & Resources" and then select "Labels manager" from the submenu to mange labels.

On the "Labels Manager" section click "Add label" button.

Now, you will give your label a name and then select the scope from the options available: account, tenant, subscription, and instances.
Provide a name for your label; use a friendly name that refers to your selected scope.

Note that you can select resources from multiple accounts. Feel free to repeat the steps below for as many accounts as necessary; this will group resources across different accounts under the same label.
Select an account from the list of available accounts.

Select a tenant.

Then, choose the subscription that contains the instances you want to add.

Search for and select the resource group where the instances are located.

Finally, select as many instances as you require.

When you're ready, click the "Save Label" button.
