Creating Reminders, Setting up Your Notifications, and Using our New Sticky Note

Navigate to <https://platform.sparkadvisors.com/>
Go to your Contacts tab and choose a contact.

You can now add important notes on the top right hand corner with our new Sticky Note feature.

Add a note under the Contact History tab by clicking +Add note.

You can add a note or a reminder. Here, with the reminder you can set the date for the reminder field, associate it with a contact, give it a subject, and add additioanl comments.

Once done, click "Add reminder" to save this reminder.

Your most recent reminder will then be at the top of your Contact History tab.

Clicking the three dots to the far right of the reminder gives you the option to Edit, Complete, or Delete the reminder.

Now to view Contact Preferences scroll down and click on "Settings"

Click on "Communication preferences"

You can view how you would like to be notified and if you want the notifications sent via email or text.

After you have selected the notifications you would like please click "Save changes" to save your selections.

In the Activity tab, we can view an additional space for Reminders. You're able to create reminders similarly to how you can under a specific contact.

You can add a new reminder by clicking on "Add reminder"

Once you have saved the reminder, it will appear directly in the Reminders tab.
