Navigate to Tracker

Click "Administration"

Click "Urgent Settings"

Click "Add New Urgent Setting"

Select which Team Setting it applies to from dropdown box.

Select desired Custom Field from dropdown box.

Next enter the number of hours that data must be entered in the specific field (i.e. 1 hour). Then select save hours.

Edit existing Urgent Field settings by selecting the pencil icon.

Make the edits and select Save Hours.

To delete and Urgent Fields, select the Trash can icon.
