Creating / Deleting a Rate plan
This guide provides a step-by-step approach to create and delete rate plans.

How to create a rate plan:

Click **Rate Plans** tab\ Click "**Create**"

Complete the "**Code**" field. Should match the code you have in your channel manager\ Complete the "**Name**" field.

You can choose if you will send either **Sell rates** or **Net rates**

Select the **Board Type**

Select "**Charge the Agent**" if you are sending Net Rates or "**Charge the Guest**" if you are sending Sell rates

Click **+ADD** from the Policies section\ Enable the cancellation policy/policies that apply to this rate plan and click **SAVE**\ Select which rooms should have this rate plan activated

You can choose to tick "**Private**" and make this rate plan private for an specific agency (optional) Click "**Add demand partner**" to add the agency you want this rate plan to be private to

Click "**Save**"
How to delete a rate plan:

Go to the **Rate Plans** tab\ Click on the rate plan you want to delete\ Scroll down and click "**Delete**" and then "**Delete**" again
