Click "Interventions" tab from the student summary page

Click "Behavior Plan" for a behavior intervention plan.

Click this date field to indicate the date the intervention plan was created.

Click this dropdown to indicate who will be responsible for implementing the behavior intervention plan.

Click this dropdown to indicate progress monitoring is ongoing.

Identify student's strengths in this field.

Identify specific behavior concerns that will be addressed by the goal in this field.

Click the boxes for any "Tier 1 Strategies Tried."

Click this field to create the behavior goal for this intervention plan.

Click this dropdown to identify a measurement type/target score.

Click this number field to select the rating for progress monitoring the behavior goal.

Select the drop down to indicate if the intervention plan is Tier 2 or Tier 3.

If Tier 2 is selected a new drop down will appear.

Select the Tier 2 intervention from the drop down options- Acquisition Based support or Performance Based support and a new drop down will appear. All Tier 2 resources can be found in Character Strong Tier 2 resources.

If the Acquisition Based support is chosen a new drop down will appear to indicate which Acquisition based support will be used. All Tier 2 Acquisition Based supports can be found in Character Strong Tier 2 resources.

If Performance Based support is chosen and new drop down will appear. All Tier 2 Performance Based supports can be found in Character Strong.

Click on the Performance Based support drop down to indicate which Performance Based support will be used.

If Tier 3 option is chosen a Tier 3 Goal drop down will appear.

In the Tier 3 Goal field choose Skill focused or Environment supports. All Tier 3 supports can be found in Character Strong.

If Skill focus is chosen a drop down will appear to indicate which skill will be targeted. Skill based lessons can be found in Character Strong Tier 3 lessons.

Tier 3 Environment supports can be found in Character Strong Tier 3 resources.
