After you enter the verification code. Click "Next"

Under your "Your Address" begin type your address and once you see from the drop click on it. Then click next after filling in all spaces.

Enter your Date of Birth and Select your marital status from the dropdown and select from an item from the list. Once Complete, click "Next".

Select your Gender, Race, and Ethnicity using the drop downs. Then click "Next".

Click "Total household members" and add the total members of your household.

Click the "Your total household income" field. Included income for everyone in your household who is over the age of 18. Once complete click "Next"

Fill in the information below. Use the + and - to add bedrooms. Once complete click "Next."
