      After logging into your admin account. Click Courses from the left-hand menu.

      Enter the desired course name. Type "Example Course How-to" then press the [[tab]] button.

      Tip! If a category isn't available that you would like submit a request to AAPC at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) or ask your account manager to submit the request.

      Set whether the course will appear in the course catalog or not is set by the Self-Registration menu area. Yes, will allow the course to show in the catalog. If No, the course enrollments will only be available to admins and instructors.

      The Course Code is a cataloging system similar to a course code in a learning catalog. For example: Type "example_course_001"

      You can associate a completion certificate to the course or the section. Clicking the Certificate drop-down will give you a list of available certificates.

      Adding a catalog image will make courses you want shown in the course catalog more appealing. This area is for an HTML link. If you have an image send it to AAPC and we can put the image on the cloud and provide an HTML link.

      Tip! Course images should be 320px (wide) x 180px (height)

      The Short Description allows you to enter a short description for the course, this area is limited. This description shows in the course catalog under the catalog image.

      The Long Description shows when a learner clicks the Info button in the course catalog. You can add images and other formatting to make the course intriguing to learners.

      Keywords allow you to tag the course which will allow learners to search for other words and find your course without using the course name.

      Similar to prerequisite courses you can also set a document submission as a prerequisite. This document must be added by an AAPC admin. Once the document, Click "Add".

      The Recommended Courses area allows you to link like courses together so that when a learner is selecting the created course as additional courses that may be of interest. Click "Add" once you select the desired course(s). If there's a course that you added by accident you can select that course and click the "Remove" button.

      Once you have everything entered Click the "Save" button.
