Login to the Magnus Box endpoint software using the backup account credentials.
The USB recovery drive is tied to your Magnus Box account and not an individual backup account.
Click on "Settings" on the left side and then "Recovery Media" on the right.
Click on "WinRE USB (default)" and then click "Next"
The flash drive you use needs to be 16 GB or less or it will not recognize the flash drive.
Select the drive you would like to use and click on "Next"
If you are making a generic recovery drive, uncheck "Copy drivers from this PC" and click "Next"
      Click "Create"
This process will format the flash drive and delete all of its contents!
Once the process has been completed, you can remove the flash drive and use it to boot to the Magnus Box recovery environment.
