Navigate to [https://app-2.tallbob.com/analytics/campaign_statistics](https://app-2-test.tallbob.com/analytics/campaign_statistics)

Click on the dotted menu next to the SMS campaign to which you want to send a follow-up campaign

Click on the 'Create Follow Up Campaign' button

You will now be redirected to the Follow Up SMS Campaign Builder. Provide a name for the follow-up campaign to track it in reports.

Click on the 'SMS Delivery Status' dropdown

-Please Select-
All contacts
Only contacts sent the campaign (excludes duplicates)
Only contacts with an In Progress status
Only contacts with a Delivered status
Only contacts with an Undelivered status
Only contacts not sent the campaign
Only contacts with an Unsubscribed status
Only contacts that were created by this campaign

Select an option from the displayed SMS Delivery Status dropdown list.

Click on the 'Accessed Landing Page' dropdown

All contacts
Only contacts who opened the page
Only contacts who didn't open the page

Select an option from the displayed Access Landing Page dropdown list.

Based on the selections made, the application will filter the contacts that match both criteria.

Schedule your Follow up Campaign by choosing your Date and Time by clicking on the 'Date' field

Once all the necessary details are filled in, click on the 'Next' button

Choose your landing page for the campaign if required.\

Once the necessary actions are taken, click on the 'Next' button

Once you have selected the 'Sender ID' and created your message content, click 'Save' to schedule your followup campaign
