Admins can create Menu Cards using the Page Builder from their Request Portal settings. The customized menu card makes it even easier for requesters to generate requests.

To do so, go to Manage Widgets -&gt; 'Menu Cards.'

You will be taken to the following page, where you can fill in the fields to create the menu card. Hit 'Create.'

The menu card will be added to your Page Builder.

Click 'Update' and then 'Publish' to add the menu card to your Request Portal.

The menu card for general requests will start appearing on your Request Portal. Requesters can simply click 'General Request' to access the request form.

Fill in the details to create a general request. Hit 'Submit' once done and your request will be created.
