Click "Google Sites"
Click "Themes"
Select the theme and color you want.
Click "Pages" to add any additional pages.
You can add any content blocks via drag and drop.

Click here.
Click "Select image"
When you're ready, click "Publish".
Give your site a unique name.
Click "MANAGE"
Make sure the Draft is set to Restricted.
Make sure the Published Site is set to Public.
Click "Done"
Click the "Request public search engines to not display my site" field. Then click PUBLISH.
