    Sign in to your school portal as an administrator

    Click "ADMIN"

    Click "Facilities"

    Click "Hostel"

    Click "Hostel Records"

    Click the "Hostels" tab

    Click "Add Hostel"

    Follow the prompts on the form to provide/select the necessary information about the hostel you're adding

    **Note:**\ For the Hostel Manager/Staff in Charge, you are not limited to the users enrolled as Hostel Managers only. You can also find and select other staff categories in the dropdown.

    Finally, click the "Add Hostel" button to create the hostel

    Once the hostel is added, you may then proceed to add rooms to the hostel
