    RESOURCES Client's Log-in credentials to Hubspot Account or Admin Access Permission
    Click on "Contacts" Section
    Select "Lists" from the menu
    Click "Create list" button
    Select "Contact-based. Click this text field and enter a List Name
    Click the "Description" field. Add an information to describe what the list is about Select "Active List" from the dropdown then click on "Next" button on the top right corner
    Click "Add filter"
    Click "Workflow enrollment"

    Click "Contact is currently active"
    Click "Contact is currently active"
    Click "Save list"
