    Click "Compliance Management Module"
    Click "Compliance Types"
    Click "Add"
    Name your compliance
    Who requires this compliance? Company/Employee and what kind of compliance is required? Standard/Form. Select the option you want to create.
    What kind of business requires this compliance?
    Nominate the reminder frequency - When do you want Smartek to begin sending notifications to your contractor about this compliance?
    Select the desired Review Frequency - How often does this compliance need to be submitted?
    When approving this compliance, do you need to submit evidence of the approval?
    When rejecting this compliance, what action is required?
    Click this checkbox if this compliance is required in more than one state.
    Click "Submit" to save this compliance.
    Click "Custom Forms" to locate your compliance.
    Click "My New Compliance" to add questions to this compliance.
    Click "Add Form" to name the first section of this compliance
    Type "Section 1"
    Click "Save"
    Click "Add Question"
    Select a question type from our drop-down.
    Type in a question.
