Open the excel sheet where you would like to create the named range.

Select the cells you would like to include in the named range.

Once the cells have been selected, click on the "Name Box".

Give the range a name. You can not use spaces or most punctuation marks. Names must start with a letter, underscore, or backslash.

You should now see the name of the range in the "Name Box".
