      Creating a New Driver

      Click "Setup"
      Click "Drivers"
      Click "NEW DRIVER"
Fill out the First & Last name (*Required)
Enter the driver's email, this should be the personal email or work email of the driver. (* This field is required.)
Employee ID, Phone, and Mobile fields are all optional if you choose to use them.
The Driver Status should be "enabled" this allows scorecard tracking and assignment to an asset
Driver's Licence is optional, but highly reccomended.
"iButton Number" field is no longer in use and should be left blank.
"Minimum Trip Duration (minutes)" determines at what point the trip will be tracked and rated. For example, if I put in "10" here the driver would need to drive 10+ min in order for it to be tracked. This can be helpful if you have a vehicle that moves around a parking lot or is used for loading/unloading and you do not need those trips included in the driver scorecard. This can be left blank to make all trips, regardless of duration, count toward the driver score card.
If the driver already has login credentials click the "Associate Personal User" field to allow connection to an already created user.
If you would like the driver to receive a copy of their score card, check the "Email Scorecards to this Driver" box.
If you would like a copy of this scorecard sent to an admin or manager, you can enter their email here, separated by commas. This box is not required for tracking only if they want to see their driving, since not all drivers have a Track & Trace login, this is the way they would have visibility to their scorecard. You can also view scorecards as an admin without receiving an email. more on that further down.
Once you are happy with your changes, click save.

Associate Driver Profile to a User

      Click "Users"
Select the User you want to connect the driver profile to.
