Creating a New Monitoring Event with Email Alerts

Navigate to [https://app.thirdline.io/](https://app.thirdline.io/)

Click "Monitoring"

Click "New Monitoring"

Click the Module where you want to create a Monitoring event.

Find the Analytic that you want to Monitor.

Optional fields: Fill in an Amount min and max

Optional fields: select one or many vendors that you wan to Monitor and click "Apply".

Optional Fields: Select Employees or Accounts that you want to Monitor.

Enter your email to receive an Email alert when a transaction is flagged with the chosen Analytic.

Enter the Frequency that you want to be emailed when a Transaction is flagged - Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

Click "Add Monitoring Event"

View all Monitoring events that you have set up.

Find and Click the Monitoring event that you set up.

As Transactions are flagged they will be collected in the Monitoring event bucket.

To edit a Monitoring event, click the Edit button.

You can change the email or frequency from the Monitoring event settings.

Click the Delete button to delete a Monitoring event.

Make sure you want to delete a Monitoring event.
