Creating a New Shopify Flow Action

Navigate to <https://app.delightchat.io/marketing/automations>

Select the appropriate support channel and then Click "Edit"

Click "Create New Automation"

Click "Create" on Shopify Flows

Enter a name for the Automation

Choose a Message Template. For better deliverability, use an Utility template.

Click "Save"

Once saved, Click the clipboard icon to copy the Automation ID

Go to your Shopify Admin page and under apps, search for Flow.

Click "Flow"

Click "Create workflow"

Click "Select a trigger"

Click on Shopify to use the default triggers or you can use any trigger from the installed apps.

For example, click "This workflow starts when a fulfillment is created"

Click on the "Then Button" to add more conditions or action

Click "Action"

Click "DelightChat WhatsApp Marketing"

Click "Send a WhatsApp Message via DelightChat"

Click the "Automation ID" field.

Paste the Automation ID you just copied from the dashboard. Resolve variables if any.

Click "Turn on workflow"
