Creating a New Work Group for the "ER Contact Wizard"

In order to add a new Work Group and make it available in ER Contact Wizard, we have to create a "Port Data References" record. Let's begin here.
Log into your UAT sandbox or Production.
From your home drop-down menu, go to the "Port Data References" tab.
Click "New" within the Port Data References object.
Click "Marketing Cloud Segment."
Click "Next."
In the "Port Data Reference Name field," type the new Work Group to be added. in this case, it's "International Protocol."
Then, hit the "Segment Type" dropdown.
Choose "Work Group."
Click the "Include in Wizard" field so the checkbox is selected. "Active" is pre-selected by default.
Click the "Parent Segment" field.
Choose the Parent Segment of this new Work Group. Per Mary Jean, we learned the new Parent Segment for International Protocol was "External Relations."
So, we search for "External Relations" in this field, and select it from the drop-down.
Click "Save"
You can test creating a Contact using the wizard to validate your new values appear.
Here's another example of new Work Group configuration, except this is under *"Real Estate and Economic Development"* as the Parent Segment.
