    Navigate to [https://console.command.kw.com/command/campaigns/paid-campaigns](https://console.command.kw.com/command/campaigns/paid-campaigns)
Click "Create Campaign", then select "Paid Ad"
On the Dashboard, you'll see there are a number of different options for ads. The icons on the upper right will tell you what channels those ads will run on, and the tag at the bottom will tell you how that option captures leads. The options with blue tags will use a lead capture form native to the platform, and will filter the info directly to your Command. The options with a yellow tag require you to include a lead capture form on your landing page. Let's start with a Facebook/Instagram ad advertising a listing with a multi-image carousel.
Select your facebook page from the dropdown menu
Click to add your listing, then search the property address, select from the list of results, and click "Done"
You can target your ad around the listing location, or a custom location, with a radius of anywhere from 15-50 miles.
Here's where the fun really begins...you can now use merge fields to pull info directly into the text of the ad without having to look it up, including info from the listing and the location. But that's not all...
You can also click on the little magic wand to have AI assist you in writing your ad copy. You can change the style of your copy to better reach your target audience, and AI will help you!
Use anywhere from 2-5 images in your ad. You can add them directly from the listing photos, which Command will pull for you automatically...
...or you can upload photos from your computer or the Designs applet. You can even search through stock images that Command grants access to.
Click though the images on the preview on the right hand side to see how each image will appear in the ad
Choose to have your ads direct the leads to a URL of your choice, or to a landing page you've created using the Consumer applet in Command
Have the leads from your ad automatically get tagged and added to Smartplans to improve your efficiency and follow up!
Click "PROCEED TO LAST STEP" to choose the ad duration and budget, and enter your payment method.
Next, let's look at Google ads. Google ads let you pay a certain amount each month to have your info appear up top with the other "Sponsored" search results.
Select the Zipcode or City you want to target. You can select up to five locations, so don't worry if you cover a large service area.
Just as with the Facebook and Instagram ads, you can select where you want the ad to direct leads to.
You can add additional keywords and negative keywords next. These will let you better target the right audience. Adding additional keywords will let you target specific search terms, while negative keywords will help you weed out searches that include certain terms.
Once again, click "PROCEED TO LAST STEP" to set your start date, budget, and billing info.
