    Navigate to [https://crm.yaalago.com/dashboard](https://crm.yaalago.com/dashboard)

    Click "Proposal"

    Click "Add Proposal"

    Select the agency, proposal name for your proposal, email address.

    Click "Submit"

    Click the gear icon to add the PNR.

    Click this field and paste the GDS code into it.

    Click "Convert"

    Tip! To set the cabin class, double click on "economy". A drop down of classes will be revealed.

    Enter in the cost of the ticket for adults, children, and infants. (Whatever is applicable to the proposal).

    Click this date and time field to select the expiration date of the option. In this way, you can communicate to the client how long the option is valid for at the price quoted.

    Here you can set the amount of passengers to appear on the proposal. If you have some names, but not all of the names you can add the extra ones here, to be entered later either by you or the client. In this example, we have 2 passengers already saved. If we had a third, unknown passenger, we would enter 3 in this field.

    Enter refundability and change fees if applicable.

    Click the "Custom" field. Here you can enter notes to share with the client.

    Tip! You can copy the entire fare rules of the ticket to paste into the fare rules of the proposal so the customer agrees to them at the time of purchase.

    Open up Sabre.

    Click "SEE RULES"

    Click "Copy Fare Rules"

    Paste into the Terms & Conditions field.

    Click "Save" to save the proposal.
