    Click "Add Proposal"

    Click the "Proposal Name" field to give your proposal a title.

    Click the "Email Address" field to enter the email address of the client.

    Click "Submit"

    Click gear icon to add PNR.

    Paste into the text box.

    Click "Convert"

    Enter in the cost of the ticket for adults, children, and infants. (Whatever is applicable to the proposal).

    Click this date and time field to select the expiration date of the option. In this way, you can communicate to the client how long the option is valid for at the price quoted.

    Type "new"

    Select the timezone.

    Since we do not know the names or DOB of the passengers, enter the number of passengers you want to include in the proposal. The client will then have the option to add in his information in a live link that you share with them.

    Enter refundability and change fees if applicable.

    Click the "Custom" field. Here you can enter notes to share with the client.

    Tip! You can copy the entire fare rules of the ticket to paste into the fare rules of the proposal so the customer agrees to them at the time of purchase.

    Open up Sabre.
