Creating a SOC or AoC Request Ticket in CardConnect CoPilot.

SOC audits are usually completed around September and last for a year. There may be a "bridge letter" for any lapses between audits. Please check Hubspot first to see if there is an audit letter from within a year of the request that can be used.

Click "Sales"

Click "Documents"

Click the "Search documents" field.

Type soc or Aoc.

There is a bridge letter and audit from 2023 so I will use those as they are the most current.

Click "CardConnect/Fiserv SOC bridge letter 2023"

Click the "Who are you sending this to?" field.

Insert the requestors email address. If responding to a ticket you can add directly on the ticket.

If the current audit has lapsed, please follow the instructions below.

Click the "Search" field and enter MID or organization's name.

Click on organization's main MID account.
