Creating a Travel Provider Blacklist

This guide provides instructions on how to block specific Travel Providers from receiving availability from your property or organization.

Hyperguest

On the upper menu click "**Distribution**"\ On the left sidebar choose "**Marketplace**"

Enter the "**Property Name"** that you would like to create the blacklist for at the "**Supply Partner**" field.

At the marketplace main page choose **"Add"**

Enter a name for the new "**Term**" And click "**Add condition**"

Click the "**Select condition**" field. At the Dropdown choose **"Demand Organization"**

At the next fields choose to include or exclude your selected Travel Providers by using the **"Is one of"** and **"Is not one of"**

At the "**Entities**" field Type the name of the Travel Provider that you would like to include in your Blacklist

**Pro Tip!** You can choose to block all sub-organizations of the Travel Provider by choosing "All sub-organizations additionally" the the Include field dropdown.

To attribute an Action to the Condition click the **"Select action"** field.

Here you can choose the **Action** that takes place when the **Terms** of the **Conditions** are met, to Block availability choose "**Adjust Availability**" and choose "Block" after the "**Set to**"

Under the **Summery** section you can review the new **Terms** and **Actions**, click **Save** to publish the new **Term**.

The Blacklist is live and is actively blocking Availability to the requested Travel Providers
