To view a user journey, we'll need to select where we want the user journey to begin. In this example I'll using intents to show the flow I want to see. First, we'll select the intent we want the flow to start in the dropdown next to "where" (where in the user journey we want to focus)

We'll select "Intent" as we want to start at users that triggered specific intent in their conversation.

We'll select our desired intent, in this example we'll choose "HELLO_RESPONSE"

Now we'll add a second part of the user journey that was visited after View A (Hello_Response). Select"Add"

Select the dropdown, to select an option of filter on Step B's Messages

Select "Intent" as we want to see messages with an Intent filter that came AFTER step A

Select your desired intent. Here we'll select "NotHandled" to visualize users that took the journey from Hello to NotHandled (this is helpful when figuring out the number of users that asked something the bot did not understand)

Now that your flow has loaded, to see the transcripts in a specific node (Step of the conversation), just select the node

And select your desired transcript to view in a new tab.
