      Click "Services"

      Click "WorkSpace"

      Click "WorkSpace Items"

      Select the Location where the Item will be present. For example, if the item will be available on the Active Directory Location (The Main Shared AD) select it here.

      Enter an Item Name - This is the logical name of the Item\ For this example, I am creating a new Item called 'Google Chrome'.

      For example, I have created a new ItemType called 'Web Browsers'. Selecting the ItemType will inherit properties from the parent.

      You can either enter a description or leave this field Blank.

      Now we enter an Icon Reference. This Reference is from Font Awesome or you can upload your own Icon.\ \ To find an icon reference, search for an icon here - [Find Icons with the Perfect Look & Feel | Font Awesome](https://fontawesome.com/icons)

      Luckily, Font Awesome already has the Chrome Icon, so I will use this.

      Within the Tags window, you can create a new tag for the item. This is used in searching and can be added on the Tags management page.       Enter a Resource Group name. This will create a group within the chosen iDP type with this name.\ \ You can also pass properties such as {ItemName} which will inherit the name selected in step 8

      Enter an applicable Billing SKU if used.

      Now we can select if it is a Default Item or not. If the item is a default, it will be automatically selected on Customer and User Provisioning.

      Now you can select if you would like it to create a group or not. If you do not want a group created in your selected iDP type, unselect this.

      Now you can save your item if you would like it to be a Shared Application, or you can select a customer from the Dropdown by toggling Private.

      Then, you can select a customer.
