        Creating a "Shortcut"

Users have to right-click on the desired "Library" name to start proceeding.
        Click "Create Shortcut"
The following screen will be visible where users can set the name, icon and sharing option for this shortcut. By default "Library" name will be visible in the field of "Display Label". However, users can change it if they want. For the following example, the name of the "Library" was "Sales" which was changed to "Add New Sales". Users can add customized icons for the shortcut as well. The "Is External" option makes the library available for "External users" of BizTRAQ, if checked.
Finally, users have to click the "Save" button to create the "Shortcut".
Read the following tutorial to learn how to add an icon. [https://scribehow.com/shared/Creating_and_assigning_an_icon_to_a_custom_module__kjfQtcAUREGFdmIep5ZokQ](https://scribehow.com/shared/Creating_and_assigning_an_icon_to_a_custom_module__kjfQtcAUREGFdmIep5ZokQ)

        Process of using shortcuts

        Click "Shortcut"
Users have to click on the "Shortcut" button first. A list of "Modules" will be shown here. Note that, this module name will be shown here if and only if any "Library" belonging to that "Module" has a shortcut created. Taking the cursor over the module name will show the "Shortcut" available for that module. Users have to click on the name of the "Shortcut".
After clicking the new item creation form for that library will be visible. Users will be able to create a new item from here.
Note that, "Shortcut" only allows users to add a new "Item". To view those items or to edit them, users have to go to the grid view of that library.
