    Creating a template from the Listing Alerts - Dashboard

    Navigate to Listing Alerts - Dashboard. Click "Dashboard."

    You will see totals of unique contacts with alerts, emails sent and opened emails.

    You will see an Active tab with a list of all listing alerts per contact.

    Click "Disabled" to see the alerts that have previously been disabled by you or your contact.

    Click this icon to see more options.

    Click "Save as Template"

    Double-click the "Template Name" field and enter the preferred name for your new template.

    Click "Save as Template"

    You will see a green pop up once it is successfully saved.

    To assign the template to a contact that you just saved, click "Templates" on the side bar.

    Locate your saved template and click "Create Alert"

    Select your contact(s) and preview the alert summary.

    An alternative way to save a template is by clicking on the name of the search, for example "My Saved Search"

    Click "SETTINGS"

    Click "Save as Template"

    Enter a name for the template and save.

    If you have previously save this same listing alert, you will see a note that you cannot save it because it would cause a duplicate. The system does not allow duplicates.
