    Sign into CanadaHelps to access the Donor Management System.
    Once you've accessed the Donor Management System, click "Contacts"
    Click "Advanced Search"
    Navigate to the "SEARCH OPERATOR" and ensure you click the "OR" field.
    Click "Mailings"
    Click the "MAILING START DATE" dropdown.
    Click "Last 90 days including today"
    Under "TRACKABLE URLS" click the "Not Clicked" field.
    Under "TRACKABLE OPENS" click the "Unopened/Hidden" field.
    Click "Search"
    Click the "All Records" field.
    Click the "Actions" dropdown.
    Click "Group - create smart group"
    Enter the Group Title. For example, you could call this list "Inactive Email Subscribers"
    You can also enter an optional Group Description as well.
    Click the "Mailing List" field. We need to click this to send bulk emails to this Smart Group.
    Click "Save Smart Group"
