Navigate to [spiceinsight.io](https://spiceinsight.io)

Click on Sales Orders from the left navigation menu to access all the orders.

Click on the respective Sales order to open the order and to start the fulfillment process.

Click on **START SHIPMENT** button to create a shipment for the order.

Enter the **Expected Ship Date** and **Expected Delivery Date** in the pop-up window.

An Pop-up will come up to Enter **Expected Ship Date** and **Expected Delivery Date**

On the **Shipment Details** page, fill all the mandatory fields.

Follow the same process for Carrier and Load Details tab. Enter all the mandatory information.

Update the Bill of Lading Number (BOL) field.

Tip! If user want they can only Enter the details they required into Labels and Proceed with Packing the Shipment Directly.

To pack multiple orders in a single shipment, click on **ADD PO**.

For the trading partner, all the orders with same Delivery Date and Ship To Address will get listed.

Type in a keyword to filter orders from the list.

Click on the checkbox against the order to select the orders

Click on ***Confirm*** and the selected orders will be added to the Pack Shipment screen.

Tip! Go back to ***Add PO*** screen and uncheck an order to remove it from the Pack Shipment screen.

To start packing the shipment click on **PACK SHIPMENT** button at the bottom of the screen and users will be redirected to shipment packing screen.

To Start packing the Shipment Click on "**PACK SHIPMENT**" button at the bottom of the Screen and User will be redirected to Shipment Packing Screen.

All the orders added to the shipment will be visible on the left hand pane, by clicking on down arrow user can see ordered Items.

User is given choice to move all the Items to the packing area by clicking on 1 button on top or by selecting the button by item in each line.

Tip! If the user is packing multiple orders in one shipment, an ***Add All To Staging Area*** button is also available to move all items from all orders into the staging area in one go.
