    Creating and Deleting a Library

        Creating a new library

        Right-click on the "Module" name where a user wants to create a custom library in BizTRAQ.
        Click "Add Child".
        Users can give any name for the new "Library". Users have the option to select the "Default View" for this library as well. BizTRAQ allows two view options. They are "Grid View" & "Calendar View". By default, permission on the "Module" will be used for this new "Library". However, users can change it if required. Finally, users must click the "Save" button to complete this action.
        "Library" names must be unique. BizTRAQ doesn't allow multiple libraries with the same name.

        The newly created library will be visible as follows.

        Deleting a library

        Right-click on the library name.
        Click "delete"
        Click "Delete" to delete the library.
        If there are "Items" available on any library then users have to delete those "Items" first and then the system will allow users to delete the library.
