The New User page in the eCoachManager (eCM) system is designed for the creation and management of new user accounts within the platform. This page allows administrators or authorized users to add new individuals to the system, assigning them specific roles, permissions, and access levels as needed.

Click "Tools".

Click "Config"

Click "SITE OPTIONS"

Click "Edit Users"

Click "New User"

New User Entry - Name (Login Credential) - Status - Phone Number - Password (Login Credential) - Email Address (Important and Mandatory) - Access Level - You can set each user access levels with different restrictions of your eCM System. **Message Type** refers to the different categories of pop-ups or notifications that appear within the system when new messages or alerts are received. These categories provide additional flexibility options to help users by alerting the user of new movements, such as driver messages, new quotes, new bookings, and more. This allows users to prioritize and manage their notifications more effectively based on their specific needs and preferences. Company Profile - Select your Company Profile. Email Signature - Allows users to customize and append a personalized signature to their outgoing emails.

Click "SAVE" and that user profile is good to go.
