Tip! Have your Marketo login ready based on the instance you'll be building in.
    Login to Marketo at [login.marketo.com](http://login.marketo.com)
    Click "My Marketo".
Click the Marketo Program you previously created. For this training, we will use [[My Second Program]]
Right-click the Program you are working in. For us, we will right-click "My Second Program"
    Click "New local asset"
    Click "Smart Campaign"
Click the "Name:" field. Name the Smart Campaign as appropriate. This information should have been provided to you or already available from a previous build.
Click the "Description:" field. Add in any relevant information as needed. For us, we will add: "This Smart Campaign will: 1. Make my favorite color blue 2. Wait for 5 minutes 3. Add a record to a list"
Once you are done, Click "CREATE"
Now, click "Smart List". This will define [[WHO]] is processed by your Smart Campaign
Click the "Search..." field. This is where you can search and find criteria to filter on.
For us, we will target anyone with the email address [[[email protected]]]. Click and drag the filter "Email Address" over.
Click into the "Email Address:" filter. Add the value [[[email protected]]].
Click "Flow". These are the actions that will happen AFTER we identify who should be targeted in the [[Smart List]]
Tip! Remember from Step 8, this Smart Campaign should: 1. Make my favorite color blue 2. Wait for 5 minutes 3. Add a record to a list
First, we will add the first flow action. Click and drag the [["Change Data Value"]] to the left.
    Click the "Attribute:" field.
    Click "Favorite Color"
Click the "New Value:" field. We'll make the favorite color [[Blue]]
