      Go to your SharePoint site

      Click "New"

      Click "News Post"

      Pick from one of the templates

      Click "CCSandbox - Home"

      Enter a title, and make any changes you want.

      Put your email address in the To field

      Click "Home" to go back to the main page

      You'll see your post has been emailed to you and appears in the news section
