      Name the board.

      Create the 4 standard columns (they can change them to suit their needs)

      Copy the board email address

      In O365 Admin Center go to security

      Click "Policies & rules"

      select threat policies

      Select anti-spam

      Create a new rule to allow outbound forwarding or include the internal email address on an existing one
