Once you're in your dashboard. Go to the navigation pane and click the target icon or the OKRs.
    Click "All sessions"
    Click "Q1 2024"
Click the Create OKR dropdown on the top right corner of the page
    Then select "Create OKR" again
Add your Objective in the title field
For the owner, please assign the appropriate owner to this OKR or team.
In the Parent field, choose whether you want to select a parent for this Objective by making it a child Objective. If you choose this option, this sub-objective will act as a key results to its parent objective and it will contribute to the parent objective's (Annual) progress.
    See example below
    Once done, click "Create OKR"
Once completed, you'll see the Objective page appear. Please add your "Why this matters" to the description section.
To add your Key Results, scroll down to the progress section and click the "Add Key Result" button located next to it to create a new one.
Please include your Key Result in the title section.
In the Key result type, choose the type of key result. The Key Result type is needed to determine how progress is measured. You can select the type that best suits your key result.
In the "Unit" dropdown, select or tailor a particular unit for your key result. For instance, if your KR involves currency, choose a specific currency as the unit.
Add the target and initial number
In the description section, include your initiatives.
In the "Owner" section, you have the option to assign a team, multiple teams, individual employees, or multiple employees who may be different from the owner of the objective. Key results have the same deadline as the OKR session. However, you can modify these to be shorter by using soft and hard deadlines. For this example, we can leave it "No custom deadline" to match the same deadline as the OKR session
