On your desktop open the "Outlook - email/calendar application".

Click "File".

Scroll down and click "Options".

Click "Customize Ribbon".

Commands need to be added to a custom groups. To create a group, pick a tab in the list then create a new group. 1. Select a tab in the list.

1. Select "New Group".

Then from the list, select the command you wish to move to that new group.

Click "Add >>".

Click "OK".

Under>Files>Options. You can also customize the quick access tool bar.

Select "Quick Access Toolbar".

From the list select the command you wish to add to the quick access toolbar.

Click "Add >>".
