    Customer Dashboard | Alert Response and Alert Resolution

      Login with your Customer Dashboard credentials. If you do not have credentials, contact your properties admin or ROAR Support for access.

      Click on the Alert History link in the left menu.

      You can view Alert Response and Alert Resolution data in the table for Alert History.

      You can export the alert history with Alert Response and Alert Resolution data by using one of the summary links at the top of the Alert History page.
